Coronavirus (COVID-19) update

Firstly, I hope this finds you and your families safe and well in these challenging times. This is obviously a very fast-moving situation and we are trying, as best we can, to make the right decisions in the interests of our guests, our team, and the wider community. As you know we closed our hotel, following Government advice on 5th of November 2020, actively encouraging people to practice social distancing. This advice was particularly important in London. We have just been listening to the Prime Minister during yesterday’s press conference and it is clear to us that we should continue to proactively support the critical measures that we are all being asked to take. As a consequence, our hotel will remain closed for the time being. We will be back in touch soon with an update.

FAQs

Will I be charged for my reservation if hotel is closed? You will not be charged for your reservation while hotel has been closed. If you have booked directly please get in touch with us contacting the following email address: matteo.barbierato@trebovirhotel.co.uk; instead if booking was made through travel agents, please get in touch with them. When will the hotel re-open? You will most likely have seen the updated government guidance on minimising social contact and gatherings. The force measure is up until 15th Decemeber 2020. We will provide further communication as soon as there is an update.
